Service Description

Ceremonies and circles invoke unity and confirm our support and connection to one another. They are about ritual, intention, community, and safe vulnerability. Ceremonies and circles are honoring of many different phases and transitions of life, such as: preparing for birth, integrating back into life postpartum, adopting a child, coming out, closing the womb (marking the end of your childbearing years), new diagnoses, grief support, menarche or menopause (Maiden, Mother, Crone transitions), divorce, marriage, etc. When you are transitioning, you deserve to be encircled with support. These events are usually held in the Guest of Honor's home, but could be held in any setting of choice, such as outdoors or an event center. Depending on the intention and focus of the event, rituals and activities might include: a purification station, communal altar creation, group meditation, chanting, story sharing, salt bowl ceremonies, affirmation writing, candle lighting, somatic movement, rebozo binding, nourishing foods, broths and teas, and so much more. It is typically 2-3 hours in length and only those friends and loved ones that lift and empower are invited to attend your sacred event. Ceremonies can also be private one-on-one events. This fee includes: - A 45-minute virtual planning meeting with Stephanie to discover your intention, plan your event, and customize your ceremony or circle. - Stephanie will help you curate a shopping or preparation list for activities and food (for you to purchase separate from this fee) as well as give you any tips and ideas for organizing, decorating, and inviting your guests - Stephanie will attend your event and lead the circle/ceremony or participate in any capacity desired and bring her own supplies as agreed upon *Special Note: Stephanie waives this fee for grief support. Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If the session is being held in your home, Stephanie will arrive 10 to 20 minutes early for set up. If the session is being held virtually, utilize the included Zoom link at the allotted time. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment, are not at home, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your purchase is no longer refundable. Thank you for booking a Bhava Birth service.
