Postpartum Doula Training (Fall)

This postpartum doula training will equip you with everything you need to begin your professional path in birth work. Stephanie has been serving the postpartum community for over ten years, beginning with her postpartum recovery yoga classes that, over time, morphed into her own unique approach to postpartum doula work.

• The 4 Aspects of Postpartum Wellness
• Forty-Days: Global Traditions
• Ceremonies & Rituals for Postpartum
• Belly Binding (3 different binds are taught)
• Placenta Encapsulation - Guest Speaker
• Breastfeeding - Guest Speaker
• Infant Sleep  - Guest Speaker
• Postpartum Complications
• Kundalini Awakening & Perinatal Mental Health
• Gentle low-impact breathing and yoga movement for recovery
• In-Home Support Strategies
• Business & Marketing Strategies

What is the cost, and what's included?

• Option 1: Postpartum Doula Training $650​ One full day of connection, nourishment, and mindfulness (lunches and snacks provided) / Continuing monthly meet-ups for more depth, support, and information / 100+ page Manual / Doula Portal for accessing printable PDFs, forms, and other educational resources / Online community support: Bhava Birth Mindfulness Doula FB group / Your name will be added to our directory of Bhava Birth Mindfulness doulas which will increase your exposure and online presence!​ 
• Option 2: Bundling Trainings - Talk to Stephanie about adding the Birth Doula or Advanced Mindfulness Doula trainings. You can save hundreds of dollars by bundling!
