Service Description

Mentoring for the birth and rebirth journey through mindfulness and self-compassion practices (for individuals and birth providers): Birth: - Have you had (or supported) a difficult birth or postpartum experience and need help unpacking it? - Are you preparing to give (or support) birth but feel weighed down by past experiences? - Do you want to believe that birth (and birth work) can be a transformative experience that empowers your life, rather than holding you back? Rebirth - Do you feel weighed down with fear, insecurity, doubt, worry, anxiety, or depression and it's hindering your ability to feel empowered? - Are you seeking to step more fully into your power and personal autonomy? - Are you wrestling with faith, questioning old paradigms, or seeking to align with your authentic expression? If you answered yes to even one of the above questions, Stephanie would love to work with you. You can experience deep release and powerful shifts in perspective through her virtual or in-person mentoring. Stephanie's training in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, birth work and trauma-informed care allow her to hold space and invite clarity for her clients. These sessions are perfectly complementary with traditional therapy or counseling. You can receive personalized mentoring tailored specifically to YOU, no matter where you are in the birth and rebirth process! ​ BIRTH/POSTPARTUM SESSIONS MAY INCLUDE:    - Releasing trauma and integrating fear - Birth story processing - General education - Creating a birth trauma support plan    - Curating a postpartum sanctuary plan - Gentle somatic release REBIRTH SESSIONS MAY INCLUDE - Finding your voice, living authentically - Decision-making and intuition building tools - Dealing with estrangement and loneliness - Finding supportive community and connection - Building a life of passion of purpose Your experiences matter. You deserve empathic listening and a supportive plan for your future. I look forward to working with you. These sessions can be held in person (Orem, Utah) or virtually. Please indicate your preference upon booking. (A zoom link is included with ALL bookings. Please disregard the link if you choose an in-person visit.)

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If the session is being held in your home, Stephanie will arrive 10 to 20 minutes early for set up. If the session is being held virtually, utilize the included Zoom link at the allotted time. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment, are not at home, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your purchase is no longer refundable. Thank you for booking a Bhava Birth service.
