Bhava Birth Couples Retreat

The Bhava Birth course is a comprehensive breath and mindfulness-based curriculum for expectant couples. This two-day retreat serves as an immersion into the Bhava Birth philosophy, enabling couples to more fully benefit from the manual and online curriculum. We invite you to celebrate your upcoming birth with us, connect in deeper ways with your partner and growing baby, and prepare mind-body-soul for your birth journey.

Don't have a partner? That's okay! Bring a loved one, friend, doula, or come solo! We promise, this experience is still for you. 

This two-day retreat is experiential, hands-on, and overflowing with empowerment:

-  Birth as a path of self-development, healing, and "becoming"

-  Fear-integration activities + emotional processing techniques

-  Mindset + Non-Attachment

-  Guided meditations + mindfulness practices

-  Breathing techniques that produce relaxation hormones

-  Creating rituals + birth altars

-  Yoga asana + flow

-  Guided Yoga Nidra for stress/emotional release

-  Templates for birth and postpartum planning

-  Hands-on, partner-supported comfort measures

-  Mandala meditations and art projects 

-  Guest presenters may include: Tai Chi, dance, lactation + more

Tuition includes: 

-  320+ page bound manual

-  Laminated labor guides

-  Mp3 audio tracks (Guided Meditations, Pranayama + Yoga Chants & Lullabies)

-  4 Trimester specific yoga classes

-  7 interviews with birth experts

$450 per couple

Friday 1 pm - 8 pm (dinner + dessert included)
